We adapt a customized delivery approach (CDA) which is in total conjunction with our client’s actual requirements and we come up with the right strategy post assessing critical and crucial factors, which are directly associated with our client’s business model. Through this strategy we ensure that our delivery is a result of strong thought provoking exercise which is conducted basis our client’s actual requirement, market conditions, existing competition, etc…

3. Approaching the Right Resources

Once we are ready with the Strategy, we identify the best possible candidates who fit in our client’s requirements and match the desired and required prerequisites. Post identification, we approach them after thoroughly reviewing their candidatures.

4. Convincing and Facilitation

We believe in working with our clients like their partners and not just mere service providers. We aim at sharing complete recruitment burden and responsibility of our clients and this involves making prospective candidates abreast with our client company, their offerings and objective. Post convincing the candidates, we facilitate their interviews.

5. Pre and Post Joining Assistance

We also assist our clients in pre and post joining formalities for selected candidates. This involves documentation, verification and other important steps which are to be followed before and after a successful joining.

6. Retention and Return on Investment

We believe our actual job starts post a candidate’s successful joining. We are available 24X7 to assist our clients (both Client Company and Candidates) and it is our continuous endeavor to stay in touch with placed candidates post their joining and bridge the GAP between Client Company and Candidates.
